AND British man received a small fee after opening his Mars bar and found it completely smooth.
Harry Seager, 34, unwrapped a bar of chocolate he bought at a petrol station in the British town of Thame last month only to discover it was missing the signature ripple.
He posted a picture of a smooth Mars bar on the popular Dull Men’s Club Facebook group and it generated a flood of interest.

“I had a totally smooth Mars Bar yesterday. I wonder if this is a cost-cutting measure in this bar from now on,” Seager wrote.
One commenter described the unusual-looking bar as “disturbing”, while another said it was “disgusting”.
Seager then emailed Mars Wrigley to ask why his bar looked so different.
He has since received a £2 ($3.90) voucher for his trouble.
“I think £2 is great, it will be two free Mars Bars. Maybe they could have sent me more, but I’m not ungrateful,” he told BBC.
“I think it’s amazing after everything that’s happened that I got a £2 voucher.”

Company spokesman Mars Wrigley told the BBC that the smooth bar had “passed” regular checks on the production line and had not developed a distinctive swirl.
“With more than 2.5 million Mars tiles produced daily at our Slough factory, this seems to have gone without its signature boom,” the spokesman said.
“While we can’t reveal all the secrets behind our product line, we can promise fans that these smooth Mars tiles are rare and the classic swirl isn’t going away.”
Mars tiles were first made by hand in Slough, Berkshire, and are still produced in the town today.
